I draw the line with charging for in-cabin baggage, because that's an essential part of a trip. United and the LCCs need to be forced to stop that practice IMO. I also agree that 30" pitch is too small, having flowing BA and knowing AA is coming out with the same.

While we're having fun with the topic, can we force 18" or wider seats in economy too, at least on a widebody? Basically let's go back to the 3-3-3 on a Boeing 777, and the intended 2-4-2 on a Boeing 787.
