I don't think the order would really matters in Cambodia as long as long as all the names are the same as on the passport. Also I would not really bother about the middle name. In Asia, nobody really care about it. First and family names are good enough.
I’m not completely sure about that, the thing I see in Asia is they don’t understand middle names, and thus because they are in my passport, find them much more essential, as they don’t realize that we don’t normally use them outside of formal situations.
