12-20-2018. (Aviator Red) Called and Spoke to the Customer Care agent, she had no offers to give. I asked if she would be the one who could cancel the card or if I had to be transferred. She said there was a specialized department that does that but they have no direct number. I asked to be transferred. Upon transfer I was instantly offered Fee Waiver and 0% promotion on purchases through Sept 2019. I accepted
