WOW! How horrible!

I am so sorry you had a bad time - I just love Montreal, and as it so happens, I've stayed at the Auberge in the past, and while imperfect, my stay was satisfactory, but that was a while back, and if you had a bad experience recently, I'm sure that's a better indicator...

Did you communicate your dissatisfaction with the management there?
