no data on expertflyer. don't see any spare plane being sent to ATH (TR or SQ)

1) do you have travel insurance/protection? (additional paid policy, credit card?)
2) you can choose to abandon the ticket (get a refund), and pay out of pocket for a new ticket (maybe covered by your insurance in (1)
3) they need to offer you 600 eur under EC261. use that to buy a ticket?
