The wifi has always been sporadic flying across the country, there are often times when there is no service for about 1/4 of the flight. The wifi speeds used to be awesome, but it is now significantly slower with everyone using it since the availability of FlyFi is announced at least twice on the flight. I wish there was a paid option so they could do some QoS and give the paid users more of the bandwidth.
