It didn't work for me.. paid $189 for E+ seat on Y tkt, did not post automatically, called to get reimbursement, agent said it should qualify..nothing few weeks later.. called again , second agent said it would not qualify, promised to investigate first agent's assurance of reimbursement.. nothing happened.. luckily for me there was a schedule change so I just cancelled tkt and got my money back

I bought an upgrade to F last week for $89, in the past it has triggered the credit, but it still hasn't posted after 5 days. Worried it isn't going to trigger.
