I've lived in places where they had few if any parking restrictions, but if a car sat unmoved on a city street for more than 48 or 72 hours it could technically get towed. Usually needed an annoyed resident to call and complain about it.
If this counts then add JFK to the list. You can find street parking by the air train where you can stay for 7 days legally, and can likely get away with a couple of weeks without anyone noticing.
