You're right, KLM would never even think of inserting an SSR CKIN regarding me being Docs OK for transiting somewhere. They just pull the good old braindead "call the embassy" card, despite knowing perfectly that 1. I already know what the rules are and 2. what any embassy tells me means piss at the time of check-in.
As a juicy bonus, there are no contact details whatsoever to be found online to KLM Ground Services (the people actually doing the checks).
