Caveats: service can be stiff except fot the guys who zip around offering golf-cart rides. Standard Caribbean service which I find to be less than gracious.
Agreed! Caribbean (and South Florida) service are almost always disappointing for the 5* luxury level. The only exception for me thus far was the StR Bahia Beach, Puerto Rico—where we return in early February after its renovation post-Maria.
