BR and TFAU/Eva Air Corporate Union are now in a dispute over year-end bonuses. The unions demand overhaul of the bonus system to ensure fair issuance and closure of the pay gap between HQ employees and front line employees. Last year, FA's got 4 months, pilots 2 months, and Ground staff 6 months while corporate employees got 6 months despite their higher salary. This year, they want everyone to get the same(ironic...since they don't seem to want everyone to get all the other benefits).
Have they always been so out of touch with reality?
