Aside from the inbound plane, a lot of my delays on SWA are when the crew for my flight is coming from another flight that is late or requires a long walk. This information is harder to get and usually not worth asking the GA for unless you need leverage to switch flights.

I am sure crew switches are possible on WN, but I feel they are not as common as how a few other carriers have reserves at key hubs.
