Actually I had very few problems getting a routing/itinerary change with Destina. The guy I talked to didn't want to touch it because it was booked in three different classes of service and offered to have someone from ticketing call back at the hotel. He called within half an hour to determine my requirements and quote a price for the change. He called in another half an hour to confirm the changes, I suggested different flights on the same day in the same booking class, he struggled awhile until he turned the "direct" link to AC off, told me Destina was hiring (apperantly if you know about classes of service you are qualified to be a TA) and took care of the change. Net result about 10 minutes on the phone (and then the darn fax form, but that's another story).
