If I am on the right type of fare and meet all the criteria, can a gate agent deny me an upgrade to J class because of the way I am dressed, when I travel J I always wear what I would normally wear, usually jeans, t-shirt and runners. Whenever I travel with my dad he always dresses up, even when its a charter airline, he's just so used to it
