That's not a realistic expectation for an airplane that is in many cases
reheating blast-chilled meals made in bulk in an industrial kitchen. I've eaten in a number of airlines' F cabins and at places like Per Se and Joël Robuchon. No comparison. And that's not even getting into the fact that
diminished air pressure in airplanes reduces your ability to taste flavors.
