GG BUYUP is nothing more than a change fee waiver. If you can talk UA into GG BUYUP, you'll save the change fee, but if not, it should still be possible to make any legal change -- you'd just have to pay the fee.

It is the last leg I wanted to buyup to PE. However, 1K agent said could only do this by calling LH.

The first two legs are PZ requested .

However, the fare has significantly increased since I purchased it a week ago so at this stage I may be stuck. Outbound is in May (May 23) and return is July (July 4).
