I have only stayed at the Isabel Maria and the Centro Historico -- the latter is hands-down the better of the two. The Isabel Maria was a real dump -- I had a "suite" -- basically two regular rooms with a door between them, and they both had the grottiest furniture I've ever seen in a Starwood. I wouldn't even sit on the sofa!
