Question: AMEX PLAT. My statement will end on the 12/26. I believe that is when my AF will around then. I also believe I have until 1/26 to cancel the card and get a full refund. However, can I call in and accept my retention offer after 1/26 and beyond?

Called in yesterday for any offers. $3k spend in 3 mo for 20k MR.

Reason being I need to aggressive MSRs on my other cards for the next 3 months.
