Late January as part of a RTW. Having difficulty with my own decisions as to what I want to do. I am leaning towards a couple of days for relaxation at a hotel pool. But it may be a bit chilly, correct? There seem to be many hotel choices along the coast. Any suggestions for such hotels that are easily accessible for a rental car so that I can make day trips? I'd prefer Marriott/SPG or IHG properties, but the available properties do not seem to be along the coast. (Either that, or I am misreading the map.)
