Marriott has no one to blame but themselves for this mess.
Booked on the App, nothing unusual in that regard and 2 stays did not post.
I decided to call today and here is how that went:
The agent couldn't find them, then found them, then couldn't complete the posting, then tried to call one of the properties for some information in South Africa, then....the call dropped after 56 mins.
No callback from the agent of course.
Pathetic customer service from the new Marriott.
