First, the menu.

Then, the salmon starter.

And the main dish, reindeer fillet.

The reindeer fillet was the "Chef's Gourmet" choice, only available as pre-order. Thanks to FT for giving the tip about it. It was absolutely phenomenal. I dare say this was one of the best dishes I have had on any airline, ever. Kudos to Finnair.
