The app does just pull pages from the website for certain functions.

Try logging out of the app and in again, also is the booking definitely associated with the BAEC account? May need to do this on the website if not.

Not necessarily, if my wife is travelling with me I can OLCI and issue both BPs to my phone and she can get hers again on her own phone later. But a lounge agent at LGW was on the ball recently when he saw that my phone had both BPs, he scanned both of them from my phone before my wife had even taken her phone out.

And OTOH my wife always takes a screenshot of her BPs anyway, so that she doesn't need to load an app or whatever at security or the gate, instead it just appears with one tap as the first image in her photo gallery.
