JetBlue Personal, first year, didn't really use it beyond minimum spend except for paying the $5.60 to redeem award points (since that's a precondition of the free baggage).
Spoke to a real person, who recited me the benefits. No offers available to me (not even downgrade), and she seemed to check twice -- once when I asked if there was anything above & beyond the annual benefits they could do to keep me and again when I asked, "So if I were to decide to cancel right now, would that be you who would cancel it or would you need to have me speak to someone else?" (To that, she reconfirmed no offers and said she'd be the one to cancel.)
I have a few more days left in my "window," so ... wish me luck for another day.
