Yet again I've not been given my welcome points by a hotel.
No problems with all my HIX stays, a recent LAX CP stay posted quickly, but no sign of my most recent SFO Airport CP ones even though the points for the stay have posted.
It's 600 points and on principle, I'm going to chase these up, but who with? The hotel direct or through IHG's missing points link?
