Anyone tried the root vegetable hash?

Due to food allergies, the root vegetable hash and the duck are my best options, and I'm really picky about duck. I love it, but it can often be fattier than I am willing to eat. (Sadly, the beef contains a fish allergen, guessing it's anchovy paste or similar in the Café de Paris butter).
Yes, my partner spotted that anf he doesn't eat fish. The plan is to ask the crew to prepare it with regular butter instead...
