Not true! The PHX agent booked it directly. I gave here the flight numbers and it was booked within 8 minutes. No hand off to another agent.

Then you were lucky, you happened to get someone who had already qualified on Int'l. Partner Awards. Must have been a slow night for them, and they ended up taking calls from the level 1 support queue.
