Hi folks,
Has anyone heard of anyone having issues trying to use the 144-hour TWOV for a third time? I've used it twice (once in 2016 and once in 2018) and will use it again in 2019. Why haven't I gotten the full visa? I never know, from year to year, if I'll be going back, so I have avoided getting the normal visa to this point.
Could that cause problems?
