The all-inclusives Zilara/Ziva are owned (I think) and definitely operated by Playa Resorts. I believe Hyatt owns a chunk of publicly traded Playa (although Playa also is now franchising w/Hilton, as well). Incidentally, Playa does a very good job. They are up to Hyatt Corporate standards in terms of most things (upkeep, cleanliness, and for-the-most-part, service..)
