YYZ-ADD isn't within Africa though, so out of scope of OP's question.
Just for the heck of it, before answering OP's question, I checked availability on a few intra-Africa routes and seemed like SA and ET both had lots of seats available, at least the small, random sampling of dates and routes I looked at.
