BOS-LAX and LAX-BOS have had 757s seasonally for several years now, but it hasn't yet been marketed as PS, so upgrades are possible, and buyups can sometimes be had in the ~$250 range. They have hot meals for sale in E+, but they don't have the free hot meals that the PS flights serve for E+.
