There's no lack of lounges at SFO. United has 6 lounges at SFO, 5 of which are *A lounges, and 4 of which you have access to.

Your problem is that the only ones with showers are the two that you don't have access on for this itinerary due to you being in economy. (Arrivals by United and the United Polaris lounge)
