Writing this from my room after a 2 Night stay at this 4P. Checked in and was asked the platinum premier benefits - chose the breakfast instead of points. No suite upgrade despite a suite available for booking on the app. Agent said - its only available from 5PM as an existing platinum guest is checking out at 4PM. Hence the suite cannot be processed at this moment - didn't create much ruckus as I was alone & was not in dire need of a suite upgrade.

Got upgraded to a riverview room - rooms are decent, clean and sufficient amenities you expect from a 4Point. As they don't have lounge Plat / Plat premiers have access to a free "Happy hour" from 6-8pm every day at the bar. Involves snacks and quick bites (Chicken Tandoori, steamed rolls etc ) and unlimited free beer/house wine/spirits.

Service was good - overall a good hotel for the price.
