There is Club World availability but you do need to hunt carefully for it. My guess is this is a short term glitch, DXB is usually a reasonably good route for redemptions and the search engine seems to be working in rather odd ways at the moment. It could be the new booking classes, the other complication on that route is the use of the leased Air Belgium aircraft. And I think it may be the Air Belgium service which is contaminating matters somehow, since this isn't flagged as Club World but Business. So for example on Wednesday 20 February I do see Air Belgium availability showing with 2 Business class seats. There won't be First on Air Belgium and there is a separate thread on the Air Belgium set up elsewhere in this forum. If I then move the bar to 21 February there are 9 seats on BA107 (BA operated), and 2 on mainline BA105 Air Belgium.

If it's important to get something booked then perhaps book to AUH and either take a taxi over or switch to DXB when availability returns.
