Paris is one of the worlds greatest cities, so of course there is a lot to do apart from the museums. Culture, sport, shopping, dining, etc. That said, I think this will mostly be over in January. Spending all day outside in frigid weather is not a popular activity. If the protests continue, there won't be too many people involved by then, IMHO.
