Just used Chat a few minutes ago. Said this:
"I
was recently approved for an AA card, ending in (xxxx), with a 60k mile signup bonus after spending $3K. Now I see there is an offer for 75K miles. Will you please submit a request to add 15k bonus points to my account as a courtesy."
About 20 seconds later got this response:
"I will be happy to submit your request right away"
I said "Thank You so much", but didn't get a response to that. It seems I'm all set. I'll post if/when the miles actually show up in my account.
