12/13/2018 Annual fee reimbursed, I've the card since October of last year, around 3k spend. The annual fee posted during my last statement which I had already paid when I decided to call, I had no intention of closing the card because of the great BT offers, so asked if the annual fee could be waived, I was put un hold for a few minutes before being transferred to an account manager that told me that the annual fee would be waived this year. I already received credit for the annual fee.
