Just returned to Mozaic in Ubud for the 7th time in 15 years. It's not Michelin listed (Indonesia) but would definitely have a star if it was. This place has got better and better over the years and I can still - even more so now - recommend it to all foodies visiting Bali. (That and Ibu Oka ;-)
