Half the UAX fleet qualifies has ghetto bird.
I flew a 772 down to GRU and it was pretty crappy looking. The AVOD was that old square screen, very unresponsive, pretty brutal. The seat admittedly was fairly comfy since there was some good cushion to it, but the armrests were enormous, the outer ones wouldn't go up that I could figure out, they were pretty cumbersome and obtrusive. No USB, but the legroom was pretty decent, and it was only 3-3-3.

So while they look brutal, it's about the trade-off. Are you more concerned about minor creature comforts like AVOD & USB, plus moving armrests, or are you ONLY concerned about how much padding is under your butt.

No matter how narrow the seats seem to get, my shoulders always kinda bump up against others, so the 3-3-3 of the 772 is nice, but the 3-4-3 wasn't as bad as people make it out to be on the 773 imo.
