Respectfully, are you sure you can credit to Miles & More? My perception is that Air Astana’s Nomad Club is a stand-alone programme, not affiliated with any of the alliances, and I don’t quite see how you would do this. If I am wrong, and you have found a way, please share - I will be delighted!
