The 75S footwells are tiny, so even if you take something down from the OHB after takeoff there's not a ton of space to leave it. The 75S pretty much never runs out of OHB in J (unlike in Y, where it always runs out), though sometimes the people near you have too much stuff and you have to use the bins a row back.
