FWIW, I just called myself and got the upgrade to the lower level plunge pool Residence (and guarantee that my Residence will he cooled to below 67 F) for a mere $95 per night fee. (That’s the same negligible difference in price between the upper and lower level Residences.) Totally reasonable. Super friendly and helpful on-site reservations agent, as well.
