Do you know if the Residences have access to the room service options of the main resort? Any idea about the quality of amenities in a Residence vs the Canyon Suite accommodation? How long is this walk or drive up to the main resort buildings?

I was told that the Residences each have their own (heated) plunge pool. Do you or anyone else know if that is true?

Here's what I know: It's about a twenty minute walk between the Residences and Canyon Suites. There are some golf carts that will drive guests between Canyon Suites and the main building; maybe they're also available upon request to Residence guests. It looks like each Residence has a small pool in back, in patio area surrounded by walls, but I don't know for sure. These patios would be much more private than the ones with some of the specialty suites in Canyon Suites.
