Can't remember the last one I had on BA. Had one last week on IB, and then, weirdly, this week on Wednesday again on IB the CSM comes down as far as my row and does the greeting for the lady sat next to me but not for me. Working off an iPad so I am assuming he had up to date info etc.

Clearly wasn't going to say anything, just all seems a bit random to me....
