hm... the final update

so at 11am they told us the flight change is confirmed. 3pm said readied... 6pm also said readied.... But at 845pm said "sorry, flight fully book so we refund your flight change".

This one excluding where my singapore phone number was holding for customer care hotline for 2hr before decided to switch another phone....
