The interesting (i.e. positive) feature of how OneWorld lounges work is that you don't need an invite per se, if you have status or are travelling in the correct class (i.e. Business Class and above) you are entitled to lounge access on any of the member airlines, albeit without guests if you don't have status (and excl. things like the CCR, the Qatar Premium lounges etc)
