£2890 DUB-HEL-HKG-SYD on Finnair codeshare in March are showing. I don't know if that is cheap and if it maximises tier points.
DUB-PHL-JFK-LAX-SYD on AA should be good for tier points but budget north of £10k on AA website... which I don't think is cheap!
