I applied 4 SNAs to an upcoming night at the Renaissance Long Beach, and today my SNAs were rejected. I checked online, and the Executive Suite, Hospitality Suite, and Junior Suites were all still available. What gives?

I tried to re-apply my SNAs to the reservation but the website is giving me errors and isn't allowing me to use them anymore.
