No underseat stowage during takeoff and landing in the front cabin on this plane. After takeoff you can bring your bags back down / place them under your ottoman to have during the flight. The nice thing about having only 16 seats in the front is there's no shortage of overhead space / you should have no problem finding space directly above your own seat.

I don't think I've ever been in a lie-flat seat that allowed under-seat stowage for takeoff/landing come to think of it - I'm certain somebody on here will tell me where I could be wrong on this...
