Does anyone have experience with the differences in experiences when staying at The Phoenician regular hotel vs Canyon Suite at Thr Phoenician vs The Phoenician Residences?

I’d love to hear what others might see as the pros and cons for a stay at each of these 3 separate but related property choices. In particular, I’m interested in:

(1) how nice the actual room accommodation may be
(2) how effective the air con may be
(3) how luxurious the experience may be
(4) if there are any differences in service or food/beverage
(5) if a Residence is truly nicer than a regular room/suite in the other properties
