I think that NWplatinum wants to squeeze the most luxury he can out of his free night certificates. I can't fault him for that, but also, I can't advise him because I don't know what his criteria for "best" is. Is the best lounge the one with free booze? The highest quality booze? The highest quality free booze? The best snacks? The most comfortable chairs? The most friendly bartender? And what does "treat diamonds the best" mean? Would you expect the hotel to kick a gold member out of a room that you'd prefer? So many possibilities.

Me, I'm following this thread to find a trick to get free parking at the Hilton Garden LAX, and I don't think I'm even a Silver this year.
